Safiyyah Buckas

Safiyyah holds a Master's degree in Business and Commercial Law and completed her articles in 2016 at a major international law firm. She is a specialist employment and labour law attorney with extensive experience in CCMA disputes, Labour Court applications, Section 189 retrenchment proceedings, and executive-level disciplinary matters.

In addition to her labour practice, Safiyyah handles commercial litigation in the High Court, administrative law applications, and private arbitrations.
